According to outstanding reporter Cory Pippin (his real name) of NBC 15, Baldwin County law enforcement admits that legal hemp can look and smell just like the dreaded marijuana plant. And that similarity could possible confuse well-meaning first responders. And that confusion could lead to you being arrested.
