This is an amazing story of kindness.

Leilani Aguirre , a cashier at Wayne Lee's Grocery in Pascagoula, found out one of her customers was struggling with a health problem in his family.

Customer Donnie Lee, a Mobilian who works at Ingalls, told Leilani his wife needed a kidney transplant.

So Leilani made the decision to offer her kidney. Watch the story from NBC 15 unfold in the video below:
