Moonpie Concussion Lawsuits?

In her report, she discusses possible changes in some rules for next year's Mardi Gras.

However, in the report, we hear from a lawyer who says he has "represented many parade goers over the years who've been injured by throws." And he mentions someone getting a "slight concussion" from getting pounded by a case of moonpies.

REALLY?

I've never heard of people hiring attorneys because they got hurt from a Mardi Gras throw! Will we start seeing tv commercials from lawyers, telling us that if we get hurt by a Mardi Gras parade, we need to give them a call?

I wonder how many people have hired lawyers because they got hit in the head by a Mardi Gras throw!
