Sheriff to Complaining Inmates: Jails Are Not Made to Be 'Comfortable'

Some lady inmates at Mobile County's Jail have been calling NBC 15, complaining that the jail is allegedly overcrowded. One inmate claims that animals are treated better.

NBC 15's Rachel Wilkerson went to Sheriff Cochran to get his response. Watch the video report below. Sheriff Cochran has a good, common sense response to their complaints: Jails are not made to be comfortable!

( He's right! I don't want anyone treated inhumanely. However, I also don't want inmates to enjoy jail. Jail should always suck.)
