What is Project Outreach?

With all the depressing news we have to face, this conversation with Scott Parks really inspired me.

Scott put together something called Project Outreach. Project Outreach helps to develop relationships between people with disabilities and their non-disabled peers. The effort has grown steadily in the past few years, especially in Baldwin County.
