Legal Dope-Smoking and Sports Gambling in Alabama?

My mind was BLOWN when I saw NBC 15's Cory Pippin report on the latest news from Retirement Systems of Alabama.

Apparently, RSA is saying that if Alabamians don't want higher taxes, then we need to start discussing legalized dope-smoking and sports gambling.

I have always believed that Alabama would be the LAST state to legalize dope-smoking. I do believe that Alabama will eventually make dope smoking legal. I just believe that Alabama will be the last state, and it will happen many years after I pass away. Then, when I am in Heaven with Bear Bryant, Ronald Reagan and my dog Gertie, we will be able to look down on Alabama and watch the chaos as hippies and gamblers wander through the pine trees.
