AL.com reports Mekenzie Leigh Guffey, 19, of Hollywood, AL, is indicted on charges of second-degree rape, traveling to meet a child for an unlawful sex act, enticing a child for immoral purposes, second-degree sex abuse and two counts involving child pornography.
Guffey is the named suspect in a rape case involving a 14 year old boy who she listed as the father to her unborn baby, with Medicaid. Her baby is due to be born in the fall.
It's reported that they had a relationship starting back in 2016.
It's possible Guffey could petition to be considered a youthful offender. If the petition is granted, then all court records are sealed from the public.
She has been released from Jackson County jail on bond.
